Formula ME™ is a sublingual preparation featuring a proprietary mix of medicinal terpenes intended to attenuate symptoms associated with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). Primary symptom targets include fatigue, sleep disturbance, post-exertional malaise, impaired cognition/brain fog, pain (including headache, muscle, and joint sensitivity), and digestive/IBS-type complaints.
Administration is sublingual, with a structured titration plan to help patients identify a well-tolerated dose.

| Dosage & Instructions | Route: Sublingual. Days 1–3: 0.25 mL (¼ dropper) twice daily. If not tolerated: Reduce to ~4 drops twice daily; if needed, decrease further to 1–2 drops twice daily. Day 4: If tolerated, increase to 0.5 mL twice daily. Day 11: If tolerated, increase to 0.75 mL twice daily. Day 18: If tolerated, increase to 1.0 mL twice daily. Day 25+: Adjust dose up or down based on response and tolerability. |

Safety Information
